My take is cd started doin this last year against the eagles,,(green)

Its like he saying "get off me booger" swips his nose then shakes finger to get the booger off his finger,then points foward 1st down, after he catches ball,which means to the defender get off me booger...
Even his buddy 7tre doining it also.
