AFC West...20...16...9. I don't even want to think about what it looks like without Lamb on Thursday. The AFC West was always going to be my personal litmus test on this team. So far the offense has struggled against every one of them.

Lucky for us the Raiders have lost 3 straight and have been outscored 96-43 and haven’t scored more than 20 in those games.

I heard on the Ticket tonight that Tyron could have gone but they held him out because of the short week. I hope that isn’t the case

I said it before, they appear to be overly cautious and it's cost us our momentum. We need to keep pushing. I know it's a fine line, but damn some of these injuries feel like they've really drug on.

Sounds like Dak at Minnesota; except this one didn't work out as well.

They seem arrogant

I agree 100 percent. This team has a weird mental makeup in my opinion. They know they are good yet they expect the other team to meekly accept it. I fully expect them to play lights out against the Raiders Thursday too. Because they got humbled again and have that chip back on their shoulder.

I just wish McCarthy and company could keep this team sharp without the "us against the world" mentality after a crap game. If that makes sense.

I'm ready to run through a brick wall for this man.
Not before I run across the Sahara, mate, pulling a chain with a 90-pound tractor tire for that man.

This team coaches and acts like they have a free pass to the Super bowl

I agree with this to a point. They said not playing TSmith was a more of a long term decision. Mike probably felt it would have been harder to win at KC given our injury situation and would rather place his bet on the Raiders game at home.

re: Aikman trashing the Cowboys...hmm, I don't recall Troy being able to light things up if Emmitt was hobbled and Irvin and Novacek were out of the game

He should be. He and the offense played very poorly. Bad blocking, bad passes, bad drops. Can't beat good teams playing like that.

Chiefs deserve credit for taking it to us with their defense, but we did nothing to force them out of that.

you go, leader, oops MVP leader. I blame rush for not pushing stats prescott on the bench and winning this one for the team.

I bet he's in jerry's office demanding more money. he plays better with more money.

I wouldn't be surprised. They've flip flopped the narrative on his ankle like four different times now.

It went from "mild ankle injury, can play against Minnesota" to "oh ankle flared up, nothing serious" to "oh his ankles fine it's just a pain issue due to bone spurs" to "he practiced all week and his pain seems fine but load management"
