a defense that gets stops and turnovers. We started out the season well but the turnovers have gone dry again. Getting stops is hit or miss as well.

The key is everybody needs to approach things in a reasonable way, but these days too many people are committed to extreme views. Some may be reluctant to admit when he makes mistakes, or has a bad game like he did against KC while others seem committed to the idea that every loss and every shortcoming is on Dak. Reality is almost never in the extreme views.

The Cowboys sure aren’t lacking talent. Every season they have talent. Their level of play always seems to drop off when the cream starts rising to the top in December and January. Every time it looks like this is going to be the year they begin to fizzle.

I think we overrate our talent. Particularly on defense.
