Thanks for all the sharing as I don't do social media.
I've liked Mike since we hired him. I can't criticize even his clock management because I'm sure he's forgotten more football than I've ever known. Things are done for a reason, but I'm sure he makes mistakes just like the rest of us. He's kept this team together, even last year when things were so bad.
You can see this team playing hard for him. Like I said in an earlier reply, Lamb blocking so hard for Turner, defense looking to block as soon as they get a turnover. Even when the offense has sputtered lately (I was critical of it) Big Mike stayed calm and kept the team together. To me. that's a huge part of coaching.
This team just seems happy to me and it's refreshing to see. We finally have for alpha's but no loudmouth ones. They just show it on the field.
