Okay, I'm curious what everyone thinks. A few games ago I thought that they had a real shot at making it to the NFC Championship game and maybe even making a SB appearance.

After the Cardinals game, I've reassessed my opinion since they're a playoff caliber team.

What does everyone predict?

Here's mine: While I'd be thrilled at a SB appearance, I don't think that the Cowboys will even make it to the NFC Conference championship this time.

Superbowl Champions!!!

The Cardinals game is a great wake-up call for the Boys. The Cards stacked the box, brought 5 pass rushers and kept the safeties deep. I expect that will be the blue print moving forward for everyone playing the Cowboys. In like others on the forum, I thought for the most part the defense held their own.

Luckly for Dallas, the team has two weeks to “get right.”

Go Dallas!!!

One and done.

They are underdogs against the Packers, Bucs, Rams and Cardinals.

If they play someone else in the 1st round, they might sneak out a win. Other than that, they are done.

I have lost faith that they can go any farther. I hope they prove me wrong. But I don't believe they will

Predicting doesn’t serve any purpose except to set up frustration and disappointment.

Let’s just see how it plays out with anticipation and excitement we are in the dance. No expectations.

After the Cardinals game I think they are one and done, especially if they get the Cardinals in round 1. For one thing, the Cardinals will be healthier in 2 weeks. The Cards like to use misdirection and quickness to create big plays. Guys like Chase Edmonds, Rondale Moore and Kyler Murray are of the same ilk. small, quick, fast. They use misdirection against the Cowboys and that is the weakness of the front 7, especially the DEs.
A undisciplined team has a hard time with tricky pesky little players.

We need Gregory to stay home and not let Murray, Edmonds, or Moore get outside of him.

Maybe one win. I have a hard time believing this bunch, as they are currently playing (specifically on offense) can then go on the road to a place like GB or Tampa and win.

If we play the Niners with Trey Lance, we win.
If we play the Eagles with Jalen Hurts, we win.
If we play the Saints with Taysom Hill, we win.
If we play the Cardinals with their injured players back, including Moore and Hopkins, we lose.
If we play the Rams, we lose.

That's my prediction for the first game.

The second game, we're going home. I just see too much inconsistency with our offense for us to beat the Rams, Packers or Buccaneers in the second round.

Murray owns Dallas. I don't see that changing. I agree.

Rams and Packers are the 2 teams 2 beat. We look like an afterthought.

It will all depend up on who we get in which game and where our think tank‘s mind is.

We may have to play Zona or Rams most likely , while Rams defense is tough , we did make some plays last year(?) against them . Zona defense even short handed was a bit too much for our QB. Also Stafford will make some errors under pressure , Kyler seems untouchable in ATT.

If by chance we move up and get to face other opponents it will be SF. That defense is not easy. But SF offense, with Garapola may be susceptible also.

It will be tough sledding , but I hope we will win one game at home and then it will up to the team to make their mark in history. If they really want it , it can happen.
