From what I'm hearing/reading, it's actually a concern of some teams. Someone suggested he needs to make sure he has coordinators with strong interpersonal skills.
Just me, but if reports are true that it's down to him and the 49er assistant, I think he gets it.

Would it hurt our feelings if he got the job. I think he will stay. If they offer him the job he may decide to stay anyways. Quinn I don’t think got a second interview or let everyone know he was going to stay anyways..

I don’t know enough behind the scenes with Moore to properly evaluate whether he has the presence to lead a locker room but from the outside looking in I have my doubts.

I believe he is a very smart and capable coach but I also think he needs time to grow and gain more experience. Maybe that’s what Miami wants though, a coach who would be open to a front office who has a lot of say in player and coaching personnel.

I saw a rumor and posted it in the NFL zone that Harbaugh might be inline for the job. Ross the Owner went to Michigan

I saw that, too. What's funny is when they fired Flores, Ross came out and said he wouldn't be the guy to take Harbaugh away from Michigan.

But since then it seems Harbaugh is looking to leave, regardless, so perhaps Ross has changed his mind?

Think believe there is a good chance Moore is hired by Miami. 49ers asst is a hot name, where some other teams are interested as well.

I hope Moore gets the job, although it could be worse around here if they just let Nussmeir or Philbin call the same offense.

Supposedly Harbaugh is flying out to Minny today for an in person as well.

That’s what it looks like to me. Once he interviewed with the Vikings, that shows he would be open to leaving for the NFL That says it’s not Ross taking him from Michigan when he would have left anyway.

I think JJ maybe wondering when he sees these play calls. Run up the middle. Deep pass.. Penalty. 3rd and 12.. short pass. Punt. Wash, rinse, repeat until we are down by 3. Then abandon the run..

Sometimes I wonder exactly what Jerry does see. I hope you're right. Hell he may not be releasing him because he's hoping he gets hired elsewhere, saving him the trouble. KM may also be the hold up on Philbin.

That line coach should have been gone already. The O-Line will throw a party when he is gone. Maybe they will break silence on what he tried to change. Because that’s not the same O-Line we had.

I feel like Moore is overrated personally. Better than Garrett at playcalling, but not a savant.

Word is Quinn got a raise to stay and many are speculating Moore will get one too.
