We'll, the excuses Jerruh can use as to why we stuck in the upcoming year are starting to pile pretty high

Why? Because he was at the scene of the crime? It doesn't say he was involved in the fight or really had anything to do with it at all. I don't know much about the area he was in, so maybe it was somewhere he shouldn't have been, but it doesn't say he did anything wrong. Being labeled a person of interest doesn't necessarily mean you are a suspect.

If he was anywhere around, it proves his judgement is pathetic. If he wasn’t around, but his friends were, it means his judgement is pathetic. Just the fact that he’s being mentioned, shows his judgement is pathetic.

Most of yall would've took him over Stokes if Stokes fell to our pick so don't get on Jerry about the pick. Goof Cavanaugh had him the 14th best player in the draft.

Here's who we've been drafting in the second round, dating back to 1995:

A backup running back
Backup tight end
Backup tight end
Backup tight end
Bipolar pothead defensive end from Nebraska
Linebacker with a completely destroyed knee

And now...

Rapper who was kicked off of his college team and now is being questioned for a murder

Did I miss anyone? There's always Dwayne Goodrich too. His attitude was terrible from day one. Literally.
Bruce carter was a 2nd round project too…

Not really. The only person they can identify at the scene is Joseph. The police have seen all the camera evidence that they have. Persons of interest does not mean you are the suspect. The police want to talk to Joseph because he was a witness. If your boy shoots someone at a club. You are not a murderer because you were with him. It is not armed robbery or a bank hiest were Joseph is the get away driver. His lawyer would eat that up in court.

Actually, if you're with a friend that pulls a gun and kills someone, some states charge both with murder if both of you take off. If the police have to come looking for you, they'll charge you both. Colorado for example.

I know Kelvin yeah, took me a moment to realize you were taking about him when you called him Kevin. 1 letter off but it’s a big difference in name

Ohhhhhh...ok I get it. So that's why you directed me to a Pac Man Jones article? You thought I was referencing Pac Man Jones.....Kelvin Joseph...Pac Man Jones...I can see the similarities in name.

It doesnt worry me. It isnt a cowboys offseason until someone is in legal trouble. This is our 1 for the year.

If hes smart he gets a lawyer for him and all his ppls and they say absolutely nothing to the police

Can we just throw up a poll of guilty and innocent and bypass the the countless threads on this topic for that will popup throughout the rest of the offseason.

What is the law in Dallas Texas?Oh I see you said take off. I know the driver can be charged with a homicide with a bank robbery or drive by but hanging out in a club, you would need a witness or cameras. Unless someone says they saw Joseph shoot someone or gave in order to shoot someone the police have nothing. Any lawyer worth their salt would get Bossman off easy. I would like to see that law that you can be charged because your friend shot someone at a club.

If Kelvin Joseph was in that vehicle which shots were fired out of that killed that 20 year old Black man, Joseph is legally an accomplice to a felony-murder.
This only happens to black men. Dont have to shoot or even be involved other than being around and end up doin life. Another "war on drugs" law.

Accessory to murder and some states call it the Law of Parties. If he in that car texas will charge him with murder too. Down south states are big on those jus watch first 48.
