This isnt the point. He probably didn’t pull the trigger. It’s his history and he will be drawn to more gangster trouble book it

It kind of is the point right now. If he didn't pull the trigger, wasn't in the vehicle, etc., then he's being made out by some to be something he's not. Doesn't mean he didn't make bad choices or won't in the future. Sadly, many players on this team and others do.

Don't get the "it's his history" comment. Do you know him personally and who he regularly is drawn to? Some of you act like you've been stalking him, going through his closet to find all the skeletons, etc. What has been written about him does not show a criminal history. If you know more, please share.

They are intent on a focus for their ire. Good luck.

Fish said YKDV is shorthand for Bossman Fat. Go to the 2:00 minute mark in Fish's YouTube video this morning about Kelvin Joseph.

I believe Fish is wrong.

Here is what I found online in another website...

https://www.chatsports.com/kentucky...sman-fat-is-your-new-favorite-rapper-15500025

It says YKDV stands for (You Know Da Vibe) and explains why.

Ah, thanks. I also was wondering that. I even googled "what does YKDV mean" and I got some weird answers.

One thing this situation has taught me is if I'm going to go fight someone or hang out with potential drive by shooters, I'm definitely taking off my very large, gaudy, personalized jewelry.

He was suspended one game for the failed drug test. He was not kicked out of LSU. And then was told to sit out the last game at Kentucky.

From my recollection he was suspended during a bowl game and that was the last time he was on the team.

Facts even if he doesnt do jail time which is very slim he getting suspended forever

Yes. I think conduct detrimental to the league will get him even if he cooperates with police and points the finger at the shooter, and others corroborate that it wasn't his idea or his lack of involvement.

Seriously? He's been in the NFL for one year. If crashing your head causes you to do violent things then why don't we see more of this across the league?

The excuses people make for criminal behavior needs to end. There about three posters on here who are jumping through hoops and doing all kinds of mental gymnastics to defend this kid. For one month he knew about the shooting and didn't say anything. But I'm guessing that's cte. Has to be....
He probably had a brain injury the day he was borned.

So basically suspended from both college teams.

What do you think Jerry's fascination with these players stems from?
He is probably looking at it from a perspective of drafting the talent and hoping maturity comes with age and infrastructure. Talent wise, Joseph has the skills of maybe a mid 1st round CB. If the maturity comes around, then you got great value there. If this is how Jones see's it, then I think he convinces himself he has the right infrastructure in place when he really doesnt

He was in the vehicle, so he better have a good explanation to not get charged with aiding and abetting. There's a case we covered here where one guy shot up a trailer and killed the person inside apparently over drugs. There were three people in the car and it appears the third one may have been high and not realized what was going on until it was too late. Sometimes the friends you pick can definitely land you in trouble.

Since he was in the vehicle, he's going to have to prove his non-involvement in the shooting, which gets tougher if no one else corroborates it. I hope for the best, but we'll see.

You call that attacking an innocent victim? That was a scuffle and you really can’t tell what Joseph was doing. I don’t think a punch was landed. Nobody was identified as a culprit. Nobody has been arrested. Joseph is currently an innocent bystander.
Right. But that's the way WE are looking at it. When Goodell sees KJ on that video and there's a murder that happened and a Cowboy is involved then KJ is getting suspended.

I'm looking at this in 2 ways. 1 way is if KJ did it or was involved then I hope he gets convicted and there's justice for the family. That 20 year old murder victim did not deserve to die. The 2nd way I'm looking at this is if KJ didn't do, which I'm desperately hoping he didn't, then his name will be cleared legally. But just the fact that it was a murder, KJ is in the video, I'm concerned we still have the NFL to deal with. As we all know the NFL is inconsistent and Goodell doesn't care about innocent or guilty, he just suspends on whims.

So I'm thinking we have a legal hurdle to get over then we have a NFL hurdle. Sadly the NFL is unfair, inconsistent, and biased with these suspensions.

You might have the right infrastructure but then signing players like pac-man? That's not fair to anyone on the team. Who wants to play with a guy like that? And he's not going to change.

I think you are correct about drafting these players, but signing them is a different story. I just don't understand it.
