Oh and Steve Young wasn’t all that good, he was just lucky he was throwing to Jerry Rice.

Mahommes IS better than Dak. That said, any QB1 for Dallas is held to a higher standard, especially a fourth rounder making 140 million. JMO.

This thread is an example of why I will never start another Dak thread...

They are always full of people who lack reading comprehension skills, present zero evidence to back up their claims, jump to conclusions, try to misdirect, don't read your whole post, ignore facts and most importantly... have stubborn agendas eventhough sufficient facts were presented.

This thread does prove that... Dak is a very good qb, but not elite. Not better than Mahomes though.

Yes, but if he throws for 300 yards and 4 TDs, it means nothing, while many others are applauded for doing the same thing. It’s kinda like the experts pick Dallas to lose to say, Tampa, which they do. Meanwhile, Green Bay or the Rams get upset by lesser teams, but the lead story is always “Dallas lost!”. Why?

Stats are what sets the bar of each player's paycheck from the league minimum to the fully guaranteed max dollars. Stats are how players are paid bonuses and incentives. Stats are used to determine who has a job, who starts, and who get cut. Stats are used to determine who makes it in the Hall of Fame or not!!!

From where im sitting, stats look pretty important to me!!
