yeah that is what I was thinking. I only started liking him due to his runs from backfield.

I think that has more to do with negotiations. He wants to be paid like a top receiver rather than be seen as a gadget player.

I don't remember who liked it and didn't like it. I didn't hate it, I just didn't understand the purpose. If we're playing like crap, what's one WR going to do? The team did way better than I expected, but that was about the best anyone could hope for. So what was the point? The goal is a SB, not just the Division.

The goal appeared to be to put fans in the stands. The whole situation reeked of a GM not knowing what he's doing.

I would only do it if we send Lamb. No point in trading for Deebo to add to Lamb, Tolbert, Washington and Gallup.

exactly, amari helped the team be better, and if goal is just to compete for div title, then it was a good move lol.
Plus getting a player right as their rookie contract has 1 year left, is just not smart. That play will want the big payday badly, and I can blame them
as it is the first one.
The jones boys had no patience , jerry wanted to pump up dak so he went out on a limb to make dak look better, and it worked.
Then later he does what he just did to amari lol :facepalm:
