You have an appropriate avatar for your post. Sounds like something he would come out and say,

Who is that guy anyway ...a 4th-rate actor in the lead role of a 4th-rate movie?

Actually it is on this one. Most predict us to lose, every week. You seen it before, and will see it again.

See the post above me, the leader in predicting losses.

No, I know, I was just saying that this is supposed to be a Cowboys fan forum. Unless I am having reading problems. I thought this was Cowboyszone. Not Eaglesbirdcrap

I can remember right after the 91 season when we got hammered by the, gasp, Detroit Lions in the playoffs.

Even though we loss, there was still an anticipation, an excitement about the upcoming season.
When we played the Washington team, I just knew we were going to open up with a bang - and that we did. We blocked punts, had big hits and scored touchdowns, thoroughly humiliating the 'Skins.

But that was then. Now, after so many disappointing seasons, being let down by so many things, including the lack of discipline our team exhibits, I just don't see this team beating the Bucs with the GOAT at quarterback. His aura permeates his team. Ours permeates ours.

I think it will be a competitive game. But my prediction is it'll come down to the same ole, same ole. We'll lose the same ways we always lose.

Sorry to be a pessimist, but culture doesn't change until something drastic changes the culture. Shrug.
That is a spot on analysis

I know it's early, but Dallas is beating the Bucs opening night.

No Antonio Brown. No Gronk. Doubt Goodwin is ready with his ACL.

And on top of that Quinn knows how to use Micah this time. Don't think he rushed Brady at all last year.

Dallas 23
Bucs 16
I don't think Tampa is in for a good year. Brady should have stayed retired.

Need to start somewhere , if not at 40 plus , when ?

LOL
Well the way I see it both teams will want to win that first game, every team wants to do that.
dallas will want to beat brady finally, and this may be the last chance.
Brady wants to stay undefeated against dallas.
So should be a close game , could come down to ref calls or a big play.

That is why nfl chose it to be the first sun nite game.

So what if the Bucs are a weaker team than last season? So are we. It will likely come down to how many drive-killing penalties we do or don't commit.

Based on the Jets fiasco I’m shocked Todd Bowles is HC in Bucs world. What surprised me was when Brady came back that’s when Arians pulled the plug .

TB has one of the best OL's in the league and do you really think Brady is shaking in his boots facing a defense with one standout pass rusher who may not even be able to be used that effectively if they decide to play against the weakness, the run D.

I think too many have already elevated Parsons to Lawrence Taylor/Derrick Thomas level after only one season when he caught a lot of OC's off guard. Parsons greatest attribute might not be rushing the passer, might be his effect on the game plan and calling.

Does anyone here think the Bucs are going to let him have free shots at Brady?

If the Cowboys win that game, it will be because of the team, not one player on the D.

Brady is as old as the wind and has never lost to the Cowboys, which says more about long we have been mediocre--than how great he is (and he is). Our team is worse than last year's, so I see no reason why Brady won't beat us again. Plus, this year--they won't be coming in with Super Bowl Championship hangover syndrome.

If the name I embolded above was not on the Buc's roster, this matchup would have been scheduled for an early afternoon start in mid-October.
