Only 3 QBs (Rodgers, Mahomes, and Brady) are elite right now.

Dak doesn't possesses the mental or physical ability to ever be at the elite level of QBs.

Herbert, Allen, and Burrow are the QBs right now that seem to have the best chance to join the "elite" category.

Needs to improve on to take his drop, hit that back foot and cut it loose. He also needs a lot of film work on what to look for pre snap and where he should be trying to go with the football.
His footwork needs a lot of improvement and it would help his accuracy. So no I don't think he is ready yet or if he will ever be.

There's only 4-5 elite quarterbacks in the league right now with another two that have the ability to take that leap. Dak is not one of them.

No he's not. if he hasn't proven it with a better OL and better weapons that he's had I highly doubt he will magically prove it now with lesser talent now. This year will not sway people to 1 side or the other. If you think he's elite or if you think he's not will be unchanged from this specific season.

Oh boy...
Will we get the typical stuff or can they actually discuss this with level heads.

Consensus from the 3 guys at the Death Star (Frisco Ship) is stats shows he is, but win payoff games to be put in that category from fans and media.

Geez, the guy is 28, he is what he is. And its not just playoff games, its games against over .500 teams. He has shown he can usually beat up the Div 3 teams in the NFCE the majority of the time. Need to see it against real NFL teams once in a while. Being level headed does not mean we have to have blindfolds on. Elite? LOL.... the only thing elite is his fat contract.

Most elite QB's / teams aren't that far over in beating .500 teams or over.
Again their point is to improve in the playoffs.

Another made up urban legend to use against Dak or the team.

Always be careful with leading questions ;-)

The guy is not elite. He has not the talent to be elite.

He has a chance in '22 to prove that he is able to be at least an average NFL QB.

Right now i have my doubts he will be able to. Couldnt prove it in 6 years of NFL and 4 years of college.

But maybe he will see the light and gets blessed by our creator. Who knows what story Dak will bring up this year to stay< in the conversation. I mean last year he was in the best shape of his life. This year he has to bring up an even more creative story.

Right now i only see Rodgers as elite.

Mahomes and Brady are in my good category. Herbert, Allen and Burrow need all 1 or 2 more good years to show me they belong in the Mahomes category.

Of the remaining three '20 Questions'
--One will be about HC McCarthy's status following this season
--Another will be asking a prediction of the Cowboys record for 2022 & playoff berth
---for the final one....how long will Jones remain as GM (reviewing the previous 17 questions - I don't see any other subject/topic that wasn't covered other than will Joseph will be suspended or not)
