It's true. But I again say....being a leader means more than just being a nice guy, saing the expected things, buying new Nike's. Showing up for work on time.
It could very well be that dak is doing everything a leader is supposed to do....I don't know I don't see every aspect of the team. If so....he is still a failed one. It's no insult just fact. A true leader would say so...not to blame the team but to take personal responsibility regardless of conditions.

Completley agree the end result is all any fan can go by. You can like a player and how they played but if they never win they can not be considered as "Winning" no matter what you thought of the play.
