It's true. But I again say....being a leader means more than just being a nice guy, saing the expected things, buying new Nike's. Showing up for work on time.I get what your saying and as in all business workings the end result is the measure of quality in the work... the only diference to me is in this situation are we sure anyone can overcome the actual owner/CEO and what he is doing to his managment crew for them to lead....thats why this conversation get conveluded to me...is it the HC, QB. OC because none of them were here for the other 20 years this same problems have been going on.
It could very well be that dak is doing everything a leader is supposed to do....I don't know I don't see every aspect of the team. If so....he is still a failed one. It's no insult just fact. A true leader would say so...not to blame the team but to take personal responsibility regardless of conditions.
