Just had Huevos Rancheros with bacon, refried beans and fried potatoes for breakfast....getting some wings for a late lunch and, since it's a night game......eating some high fiber cereal for dinner.
Not exactly a gourmet meal day, but it's a Monday.

Carne Asada tacos on the griddle with fried corn tortillas and a cilantro chimichurri sauce. I've got some boracho beans going in the slow cooker now too.

Another dinner time game, and my mother inlaw will be joining us, ugh!....
Fortunately, she's a great Korean cook. So, it's Korean spicy steamed ribs and all the 반찬 (bhan chan) I can eat. And Korean Terra beer for my brother in-law and me.

Wife is requesting my infamous pasta dish tonight. It is rotini pasta tossed in a garlic Gorgonzola cream sauce with prosciutto(simmered in marsala wine first). I’ll add in some glazed mushrooms for her half :muttley:

I'm sipping on some Ciroc and orange crush slushies and cooking some bacon and spinach omelets. Turkey Club croissant sandwiches for lunch and Chili Cheese Dogs with onion rings and Cajun style coleslaw for the game. Let's get that W baby...also screw the eagles as well haha!

Gonna be one of those keep it simple meals being a night game so gonna order some Mr. Jims pizza and cheer on the boys in what should be win. Go Cowboys

Way too many people have too many good things to say about Whataburger. I had it only once, in 1991 and I wanted to puke. I love burgers and food like that. I need to know what I missed but no idea when I’m getting back down that way.

I’ve had In and Out…good but overrated a bit. Never had Carls Jr. Guess I’m just pissed that I clearly caught Whataburger at a bad moment lol.
