Care to share your cilantro chimichurri recipe?

2 cups or two small bunches cilantro chopped leaves and stems
3 cloves garlic peeled
1/4 cup red onion chopped
3 tsp red pepper flake
2 tsp Mexican oregano
2 tsp red wine vinegar
1 cup EVOO
Salt and pepper

Throw it all in a blender adding the EVOO slowly as you blend it. I put mine in a mason jar and will eat it on other stuff like grilled veggies and rice throughout the week.

Way too many people have too many good things to say about Whataburger. I had it only once, in 1991 and I wanted to puke. I love burgers and food like that. I need to know what I missed but no idea when I’m getting back down that way.

I’ve had In and Out…good but overrated a bit. Never had Carls Jr. Guess I’m just pissed that I clearly caught Whataburger at a bad moment lol.

All about the particular Whataburger you eat at. The one where I live is awful.

To me, they're all about how they build the burger because the patty is real mediocre and flavorless. BK smokes them on the burger but loses on the building of the burger.

Another dinner time game, and my mother inlaw will be joining us, ugh!....
Fortunately, she's a great Korean cook. So, it's Korean spicy steamed ribs and all the 반찬 (bhan chan) I can eat. And Korean Terra beer for my brother in-law and me.

Dang, have not had that for a long time, sounds great.

I did pick up a bottle of Soju last week. But won't drink that for the game. I want to stay sober.

Just had Huevos Rancheros with bacon, refried beans and fried potatoes for breakfast....getting some wings for a late lunch and, since it's a night game......eating some high fiber cereal for dinner.
Not exactly a gourmet meal day, but it's a Monday.

Well personal preference certainly is a key factor.

But yeah even McDonalds isn’t always exactly the same.

Went to one on 183, near Texas Stadium. I just can’t see how it could ever be good…there seemed to be a coating of grease over the entire place…but I hear many good things, and not just here. I’m either missing something or caught em on a bad night. I’ll definitely be back in on my next Texas trip, whenever that may be. Certain things that need not be mentioned in this thread are removing the joy of a lot of this from me.

If I have the time after work, I’ll probably whip up a homemade pizza. If not I’ll order one, although my favorite pizza restaurant in town just changed ownership… so it better still be good or I’ll be upset. The only other place in this town for some za is Pizza Hut.

I also have some homemade pot brownies I’ll crush up in a bowl of ice cream and peanut butter for dessert. Yim yum.

My excellent diet is how I maintain my slim, tall figure.

I won't make it home until just before game time, so I'll hit the local Whataburger. Patty melt & onion rings is my regular.
