It’s become par for the course with the refs and us. It’s blatantly bad to the point I had friends who aren’t Cowboys fans texting me “wow you guys aren’t getting any calls” during the game.

Until they started calling some the other way, I was really starting to wonder. That's how bad they were.

The only two that really bothered me were the two non-calls when they mugged Brown. Those were so clear that the officials who missed it deserve to be reprimanded for it. I understand why they called the unsportsmanlike on Wilson and Williams. I don't necessarily agree with them, but I understand it. I also understand why they called the OPI on Shepherd, even if Giants fans don't agree with it.

Let's not forget about these penalties...constantly putting us in worse situations...taking away a sack in one case.

We need to still play aggressive, but play smart.

I'm wondering is the media will forget about the penalties...but they need to cut them down.
There was 2 big mental lapses in the 4th quarter that really could have hurt us. One is Ferguson going out of bounds in the 2 minute drill. That saved the Giants about 30 seconds. The other was Kelvin Joseph face mask that took away the sack. Those 2 mistakes in the crucial 4th quarter could/should have cost us but fortunately we were able to overcome it. We got to clean that up

I don't think Ferguson intentionally went OB. He looked like he was thrown OB.

Yeah it looked like his momentum took him out. But still I wish he would have just went down. Kind of like how Diggs went down and played it safe after the pick. I guess when it's boom boom boom a player can't think that fast. But overall I didn't like the play to begin with. I would have assumed just run it with Zeke or Pollard, take time off the clock and then punt. Throwing a pass to a rookie on the road was dangerous. But hey, we won, and the rookie TEs played some good ball out there tonight so I'm not complaining.

At least half the penalties are stupid ones. I mean really stupid ones that makes you wonder what the player is thinking.

Twice a game we stop our opponent deep in their territory on 3rd down only to get a penalty for an automatic first down.

The Cowboys don't need to play harder just smarter. The effort is already there.

The team almost derailed Rush's performance with a loss due to penalties, just like they have done to Dak many times. We have got to get this under control, seriously. It seems like we purposely try to give games away.

Its going to be sickening when the league sends the front office an apology letter stating those were legit calls that the refs missed.

Yeah agree on all points. Shepherd was just wandering on the route and that's why it should have been called IMO

Worst and most blatant I've seen in a long time. They were calling some costly ones against the Giants later in the game, and gave us what really seemed like a makeup call, so I can't say it was intentional. But holy crap, how do you not call it when two of their guys are holding our WR? How do you call it illegal contact on our DB, when he's standing still and the WR runs into him? How do you see a slight facemask grab to their guy, but not see our guy get wrapped around the neck while approaching their QB?

Slight facemask?

It was clear as day and he grabbed it with his finger. That was clear facemask.

I won't disagree with the missed holds, they were bad. But a foul is a foul and Joseph clearly grabbed the facemask there. There's no need to debate the refs by then trying to soften how bad some of our penalties actually were.

The other thing is the amount of non-play penalties we get. False starts, etc. Sure, Wilson getting that unsportmanslike penalty seemed a bit ticky tack but there's no reason to slap that ball away like that regardless of the circumstances. That's just dumb play right there. Dallas needs to clean that crap up.
