Any decent sized city in Texas, Michigan, California, Florida, or any other state. You can't retire on that ****.
Oh, you meant if you choose to live in a city. I don’t, and live well on far less than that.

I did but my house cars and furniture are all paid for all we pay for is insurance utilities and property tax 957 $ per year Moved to Oklahoma when we retired Property taxes in Dallas county for a much smaller house was 2975 $ Plus we got 10 times more for the Grand Prairie house than we paid for it
where the hell do you get a house in Dallas County for only $3K in property taxes? :lmao: That must be a 900 sqft double wide trailer trash or half of a duplex. Basically a toilet.

I wouldn't consider any house under 4k in sqft and at least an acre in land with trees for privacy.

My best friend lives in an HOA neighborhood in North Fort Worth. They have roundabouts there. His house is small, only like 2200 sqft, only a menial 3 bed / 2 bath and even then he pays over $12K in property tax, and it jacks up every year. True story.

Oh, you meant if you choose to live in a city. I don’t, and live well on far less than that.
No city = no amenities, limited wifi, no social activities, pricey gas, takes forever to get anywhere, even to the grocery store. That'd be a hell no for me.

I think he stays on the practice squad. Overton has over 130 career starts and is a former pro bowler. Excellent short term addition with addington being the guy next season possibly

Maybe. I think Addington was brought in in case Overton struggles. For whatever reason, no team has considered Overton its long-term solution since his first few years, when he made the Pro Bowl and received a contract extension from the Colts, who eventually cut him before his four years were up. Addington was drafted in the sixth round of the USFL draft and apparently had a really solid season. Biggest issue with him may be his size, at only 230 pounds.

This team rarely has a bad snap on kicks the guy is good at what he does . Hopefully it gets straightened out on the roster but a quarter into the season these guys aren’t just outside 7/11 waiting on a call .

I really take positions like Gunner, Long Snapper, Kicker and KOS very serious

these people are the difference between a team having to go 75 yards or 5 yards for a touchdown

whoever the next ls is we need him to be elite

You guys that say the LS is protected and doesn't have to block DT's should watch the video posted by LurkerCowboy a few posts up. The video says different!

I was just saying to someone this morning that I can't believe Matt Overton and Tucker Addington aren't in the league.

Is this sarcasm? It must be:laugh:

I honestly couldn't name more than two long-snappers in the league.
