he also said he's not giving up the GM duties, said there are advantages to having upper mgmt and "the man who writes the checks" as close as possible. also he hopes to be doing this for another 15-20 years.

If there are advantages, why is your vanity project stuck in mediocrity?

Just one sales job after another, now he's apparently even convinced himself the lies are true.

I find it pretty amazing that no matter how many times people bring up the subject of him stepping down as GM, it never seems to occur to him that the rest of the world just may be right?
