If that's the case, then I'm ready to see CJ Spillman's ride come to an end. The guy wiped HIMSELF out on a punt that went for a big return and has been borderline atrocious as a special teams/punt team gunner for weeks now.

well we have to acknowledge that this staff has found a way to get guys who otherwise were doing nothing to be serviceable players and somewhat productive. In the second year of Marinelli being here along with Eberflous (sp?) i expect more of the same.

Our LBs are taking a beating this year. Lee, Durant, Holloman. Going into the year they would've been considered 3 of your top 4.

Will Smith is a solid player. Very Durant-like in small-tough guy with some explosveness to him.

Obviously he is real young and probably not strong on pre-snap adjustments and as Vets are.

But I'd rather have Will Smith than Korey Toomer.

Dallas doesn't need to get to know Smith so I assume they are checking to see if he is in shape before signing him.
