Philly fans suck but the Eagles football team fully earned and deserved this. They beat a Brady led team in the Superbowl tying him with the most superbowl QB losses in the NFL history

I guess this is where we are as a fan base.

We have been beaten down so hard by mediocrity and the Jones family telling us things are okay that we would actually say a division rival is "likeable" and they "deserve it".

That is about as sad of a thing that I could think of.

The only solace I can take is thinking of the 70+ year old Iggs fans that have been waiting to feel this way their whole lives. I was lucky enough to feel that way 3 times as a teenager and I used to take it for granted.

Totally agree. It’s a sad state of affairs. Some fans are so beaten down they just latch on to any winner.

Aside from their DL, I don't think their talent is awesome.

I am envious of their coaching staff. They beat the Hoodie.
