I think if it's proven he hit her, then he has the possibility of jail time since I think he was charged with 3 felonies. Of course SF will cut him.

Would I? Hell's yes if there is proof he did it AND Foster has been nothing but trouble since the 9'ers drafted him. Possesion. Gun charges. Failed drug test at the combine that he claimed was invalid. That track record would be enough for me. Mind you I support Gregory's right to apply for reinstatement
