I know Jerry isn't letting go of his favorite son but I am really starting to hate seeing him on the sidleines. It's one thing to lose but our offense was not prepared at all. Gonna be a long season. I did buy a new snow blower so I at least have that going for me.

stupid way to run a training camp but then if several players were injured they'd be screaming about that too!

In my opinion Scott needs to go this week

Jason's job will depend on how soon he handles Scott

In order to have a discussion about new coaches, Garrett lovers will require you to reach out to potential candidates, ask if they are interested in working for Jerry, interview them, and negotiate a contract before having an opinion the team needs to change coaches.

Jerry doesn't have the spine to fire Garrett.

Yet he had the spine to kick out a coach who just finished winning back to back super bowls. Jerry can do it, he simply refuses to do so because of ego. Garrett is HIS pet project, and he's determined to ride it out no matter what happens.

Yeah, that was a long time ago, a lot has changed... Example: we used to be a respectable franchise, now we're a running joke.

I think Jerry has proven to have possibly the strongest spine in the NFL. This doesn't come down to having the spine. This comes down to Jerry being a terrible GM in roster building and terrible judge of coaches. I think Jerry is trying to let a coach stick around a while because in the past he would fire HCs too quickly. He is trying to learn from his past mistakes. But JG was a mistake from the beginning.
Crazy how Dak looked so good in year 1 and has Romo there to help him. Then Romo leaves and Dak looks awful. I think it shows just how much Romo was really doing for this franchise. It also shows how big of a difference a good coach can make

How do other teams manage to get guys wide open?

There seemingly is two guys guarding each of our receivers.

Our coaching staff sucks from the top down.

The only good one is Richard.

Cut the head off the snake, before Richard is dragged down into the mud too.

Doing xs and os and scheming guys open......all they have to do as coaches is look at the defensive tendencies if a corner tends to play off then hes respecting the deep pass so throw a quick slant.....a corner is playing press then you can take a shot deep depeding on what the safty is doing. Our issue is the coaches go right at the strength of a defense......if they have 6 defenders on one side of the ball and 2 on the other im not sure if garrett and linehan will exploit the 2 man side

It'll take more than just JG leaving to help this team offensively..
what we need
1.. Better HC, OC and QB coach (C'Mon man, who hires a backup as a coach??
2.. JJ family needs to get someone who actually knows football in there, not a family full of businessmen
3.. Better decisions with player management, this is not the time to "rebuild". the family makes in my opinion the dumbest decisions I've ever seen.
4.. Better play calls, clock management. We run the same ole blah playbook!
5.. Offensive line

they'll can these 2 dopes at some point. Just remember that Stephen and Jerry are still captaining the ship, so I wouldn't expect any meaningful change even with a new coach. same ol', same ol', where football is wayyyy down the list of priorities.
