I’m sure you do. Collins is inconsistent. And he’s still been inconsistent under Colombo. I don’t understand why he gets such a pass.
columbo played rt for the cowboys. I feel confident he will coach up Collins. Collins can play.

Lol and what the hell does #21 think he's trying to do there anyway? The play is clearly long over, was he trying to get an unnecessary roughing call?
LoL,:lmao:,,, he was fixing to draw some blood in a flea-bite sorta' endeavor,,, of that,it is obvious.:lmao:

He can, sometimes. And I thought he was on track last year to be a fixture at RT for us. But he’s wildly inconsistent. Between the holding calls and the times he lets the rusher cross his face inside and take a short cut to Dak, I’m starting to lose count of the game impacting plays he’s giving up.

Connor's Williams' best attribute may be his versatility. He cal play just about any spot on the line. I would think that with his body type his best spot on the line may be center or LT as he doesn't have as much bulk as he should.

He was inconsistent at guard too, some just choose to remember the highlights and decree he is currently out of position.

#75 gave us plays like this:

colombo-vs-d-hall.gif

And now is doing a great job as the new OL coach.
That video never gets old!

He definitely was. He’s had some great snaps, too, which is why I think he avoids some of the criticism, but he’s a drive killer with the holds and blown pass protection.

caught comment by BTB d. Phantom that c.will got a few snaps at left tackle after Fleming dinged up late in game

From btb ....
We all remember what happened last year when Smith went down so it was a little unsettling to see him on the sideline. That meant the Cowboys started this Thanksgiving game with three reserves on the offensive line - Fleming, Xavier Su’a-Filo (making his third start), and Joe Looney (whose filled in for Travis Frederick all year). It seemed like a recipe for disaster, right? Wrong.

The offensive line did a great job. Sure, Dak Prescott was sacked four times (all in the first half), but a couple of those were coverage sacks. The running game was firing as they churned out 146 yards on the ground against a tough Commanders front. The Cowboys compiled over 400 yards of offense for only the third time this season.

And then later in the game, Fleming would exit the game with a leg injury and rookie Connor Williams stepped in at left tackle for a spell. Props to everyone for stepping up and playing well. Without solid line play, this offense would’ve been in trouble.

.....c.will must have held his own,

Fleming's shoe came off.

Connor Williams replaced him for 1 snap with 7:36 remaining in the 4th quarter. It was a run play to the opposite side.

was it someone called up from the practice squad?

No.

I just re-watched.

Connor Williams played 1 snap at LT.

Xavier Su-Filo is the only guy I saw with long hair. He "looks" Caucasian with a skin tone similar to most Caucasians with a suntan.

So no real look at him at all really
Well, hasn't practiced there, so not surprising

It was interesting that they used him considering that Tyron was dressed and active as a backup option.
