Am I excited about this draft no do I think they left better talent on the board yes but you can’t say this is a great draft or the worst till we see these guys get some playing time in the NFL. In 3 years we will be able to look back and see. Right now the fans of the teams who got Bosa, Williams and Allen probably think they shot the moon but what if they get to the league and suck.

This wasn't a great draft for talent period IMO. Very ordinary. I think that's what we'll see eventually. DT was the depth position, the rest were very average

I think the best way to approach the draft, in all honesty is not watch college football, not try to follow the combine, the pro days, not research the players, not try to formulate an opinion on these guys

At least then you can not give a crap...

This draft was terrible, passed metcalf, thorn and some bona-fide future stars for a bunch of second teams scrubs..

this was not a good draft
There will be 3 (DT, OG, CB) starters before the next draft pick is taken. Maybe 2 more at SS and if they convert Pollard to a true slot. Between the draft and the UFA’s this is a solid draft when you realize it is led by Amari Cooper. So already one pro-bowler.

62 other picks passed on Metcaf. They leave this draft with the D line the Oline and Running back rooms as solid as they can be. Would have been nice to upgrade safety, but if they think Hill is the 3tech they've been searching for then you take him over the safeties that were clearly rated league wide as late 2nd rounders.

From looking at the draft grades from several media sources I’d say you’re dead wrong. While I would have preferred one of the safeties with our first pick it seems we got good value across the board and it’s hard to argue with building in the trenches.

It's wrong when you have the most expensive offensive line in the league and give up the 2nd most sacks in the league. Now we have 3 1st round, a 2nd, a 3rd and a bribed should have been 1st rounder on our line and have been far from dominant. At what point is it enough

I dont think it was a great draft, but not bad either.
I will wait and see what they do in PS and see if any contribute in reg season, before saying they suck.

This pollard guy if he has blazing speed, and good hands, could be used in reg season, and I am curious how the Ohio state RB does too.
I think the DT is too small, but I really havent seen him play, not playing last year and having trouble with his coaches doesnt bode well.
But I will wait and see how he does.

No matter how good some players are in college, you never know how they will do in NFL where they will be playing with other
good big fast players. You have to just wait and see with all draft picks.
