Dez is upset he did not receive full amount of his contract; since Cowboys released him.

I think he is telling Zeke to stand firm and get your $ because there are no guarantees you will receive the full amount; since Cowboys could release Zeke later on; especially if his performance drops off.

Dez played for 5 years and he got his. There was no discount. He got what he deserved and his worth. So I am guessing he is saying he wishes he had held out earlier. Lol.

Why would these players or retired players care. The holdout isn’t costing them money. Or costing the team wins.

Jerry paid DMurray 1.4 mill in 2014. Thats the most he ever made in Dallas.

Jerry wants to pay Zeke 3.8 in 2019.

See the pattern?

The only reason Zeke has that is because of the CBA pay scale for rookies.
