Why wouldn’t they be? Not a single person is in jeopardy of losing their job, regardless of the level of performance. From the coach all the way down to the kicker, no one is worried. They just keep on collecting checks.

Nope, not everyone. This team has some real troubles. The defense can't stop the run and the offense can't score when they have to. These two problems alone are carryovers from the Rams game.

The problem is that the players aren't actually invested into the team or its success. Sure, they care so long it benefits their wallet or "brand", but I'd bet most of us on CZ care more about the team's W/L record than 90% of actual Cowboys players do.

I disagree with this statement. Garrett was no given a contract extension this off-season. I think if this team doesn't get to the NFC championship game he is gone.

Hey, they all suck I can't believe how bad they suck, but when is the last time a team with a winning record that was tied for their Division Lead fired a bunch of people?

I know its all the bad feels this week but I'm trying to find an example and I can't.

I wish Jerry was as shrewd of a football executive as he is in his other business dealings.

In the corporate real world, it's damn near impossible to work for your buddies or have your buddies work for you. It's hard to hold people accountable when they're the same people that party with you on your yacht or attend luncheons with you where everyone gets plastered. Starts at the top.

The GM, EVP and Director of Player Personnel, Head Coach, QB, K, and everyone else has complete job security. Marinelli is going to be the next Garrett Scapegoat this year. And JG will likely give Garrett a "one year prove it deal" just to try and sell it to us fans that JG is on the hot seat.

I think i'm at that point. It's boring and hard to watch the same thing year after year.

It doesn't matter who we have or what we do we will find a way to screw it up.

Green Bay literally had no answer for our offense but we still found a way to lose the game. That's who the Cowboys are and it's been going on for a long time. There is a culture problem that eventually rears it's ugly head at some point.
