Im not saying its ok.. Im just saying these guys know that they have talent all over this team... and he sucks. there is no denying that..Its been ten years. Good coaches do way more with less. They know it.

They are quitters by your assessment.
They quit.
You want or admire players who quit depending on their whims?
Ask any high school coach if he does and he'll shake his head.

Get rid of every player that did, right after you fire Garrett

Who disciplines Chief players? Ravens? Etc? Its not about players fearing garrett he just sucks

The evidence is clear since Jimmy left. Garrett hasn't been here this whole time. He's a part of the problem but he's not even close to the only problem. Look at his boss to see the root of the issue. Firing him won't change that. It might be a temporary help, but until Jerry changes the culture, we'll see a repeat of what we have seen for over 20 years.

I know it is bad for players to quit on a coach but I flat out don't blame them. Week after week every single coach is prepared for every single thing we do. We don't adjust or scheme for anyone. We create a vanilla gameplan and if it doesn't work, oh well. Garrett will continue to run it no matter what. They are not put in any position to win from this staff.

Garrett should be fired tonight.

They're tired of it, these players need a change. They're deflated listening to Jason G's BS, in fact making them go through this week in and week out could be considered torture in the workplace

I noticed this too. Garrett looked defeated after being rejected.

He's had a sad look in his eyes for a few games now. I first noticed it during a close up of him during the Saints game. I thought it might be because we were losing, but it was still before the half and we weren't that far behind. Now I'm thinking that's when this rebellion started.

Just trying not to get banned.

Speaking truth to power seems to be a bit problematic around here.

Nah. Speak. They don't censor. If they did, I wouldn't be here. Take it from experience. I bounced from another forum where the owner couldn't handle differences of opinion.

Not enough to get Garrett fired in my opinion. Jerry Jones has observed the team rebounding in the second half of the last two losses. Garrett will get Jones' disapproval when the team does little or nothing for four quarters. These 'near wins' are keeping Garrett firmly on life support--with a chance of an actual full recovery.

I think a loss to Philly next week will be the straw to break the camels back.

Having Garret try to rally up the squad is probably monotonous and uninspiring at this point.

I mean do you think they didn't quit? Who said anything about admiring? Im pointing out that It looks like they quit? Players that don't even acknowledge their head coach? Seems like they gave up on him. Is it ok? No. But if that happens it's because of Garrett .. Not the players. That ever happens to great coaches? Or just the ones who don't belong? And this is not a high school team these guys are very highly paid grown men with egos..
High school coaches and NFL coaches I would think are two different things.
