He’s the head coach. He is responsible for the team winning. Simple fact. Try to understand that.

Well part of it is motivation and attitude, they have it the cowboys dont.
The jets wanted to beat the cowboys and prove something on nat TV.
They did just that. Every team likes to beat Dallas, and we caught the jets
at the worst time.

That said, the jets played pretty good so give them credit.
Dallas I dont know what to think of them I never thought they would lose this game
making 3 losses in a row.
Both off and def seem to be in disarray, and I have to blame JG for that, and
ultimately the jones boys, since the do the hiring and firing , and they created this
mess on defense with 2 co DC's neither of which is in control.
same for Offense, you have JG and kellen who share control, but neither
one is really in charge.

Lol. This isn’t the first time we saw a opposing player say this type of thing. We have the same game plan every week. The first 3 weeks looked different and the last 3 looked the same as last year. Who knows what’s happening internally.

I never once argued he was neutered. Ever.

I have said for years that regardless of who the coordinators are, as the HC, he has ultimate responsibility for the results on the field.

no one knows what influence or power he has over off or def, and game plans,
and the playbook, and what personnel are used and when and how much.
I think he still has some influence on both.
The thing is though he doesnt have authority, and neither do the other coaches.
They all been neutered to some extent. That is why the team has been so bad
the last 3 weeks, no direction, no attitude, no focus etc etc.

This is not on Garrett. He's not the D-Coordinator. Marinelli and Richard are. THEY are the ones who have built a very porous Defense who can't get to the opposing QB.

You’re the one making it a defense. I see very few people advocating for Kris Richard to be HC and yesterday in the game thread he was slammed left and right, but you’re so defensive of Garrett you fail to see it. Yes we’ve taken all the life jackets as well I hope you can swim.
