Are Eagles better than Cowboys, even with worst record?

Praxy, I am always about that "against all odds" thing in sports and what they did was remarkable. I was even happy for their crazy light pole climbing idiots.

Philly is a better team for, at least, the reason that they haven't already given up. Dallas is a dead man walking. Philly wins this division.

...Its been a long time since I've seen a Dallas team like this. Not even in the Sean Lee absence days. They still fought every game. Dallas plays like they just finished a big Turkey dinner.

If I rate every player on the Cowboys against the Eagles, the Cowboys win. But when I consider the team, the Eagles win.

The Eagles are much closer to a team, which has always been Belichick's forte, and the Cowboys are a gathering of individual's. I saw a team playing for their HC last night because he believes in them and has even shown that when some are replaced, they really are that "next man up" team, philosophically speaking. We are still the team.

I know we are supposed to despise all things Eagles but when I see a team so obviously beaten up with a RB I've never heard of as well as WR's and the QB really playing poorly for 3Q's but they were able to rally and pull together, the football fan in me is all about that. The fans had turned on them, the boos growing with every 3 n out and their HC fighting through that to keep his team focused, I admire the hell out of that.

Between the two teams, I'd give the Eagles a better chance, although not great, in the WC round of the playoffs.

its week to week league it took Beagles OT to beat an 2-10 team and the week before got beat by MIA lol only thing that concerns me is our schedule is tougher for the last 3 games , they have all creampuffs , sure they can get beat but we have to beat them and hope to win out..

oh well like you said weve had to 3 game slides and dont look very good but that could all change in a heartbeat..we are officially in desperation mode, last year we went on run when our backs were up against the wall.. maybe this is the week,.,maybe..

Im fan and wont wish for losses/.. hopefully we beat the rams...

We just all need to look at it this way. Week 16 and 17 are all that matters.

Eagles barely could top the Giants. They are now likely without Lane Johnson and Alshon Jeffery for a few weeks minimum

no Jeffrey, no jackson, no howard, no algoholr , so basically receivers 1-3 all out, the 4th traded away last week. All guys who played are the guys who should get extended preseason time.

we get it. You LOVE Wentz. Yes they are decimated and if they weren’t I’d guess they will smack the boys down pretty hard but they are bad now and even without the injuries...Wentz is destined for backup status once his contract is up.

Has anyone seen the Eagles roster now? Jeffery is out for the year, Johnson might be too, Aghalor sucks but he is out, no Howard, DJax not coming back. They were running three TE sets because they had no receivers left. One rookie? A guy off the practice squad? A running back poached from the Saints practice squad to back up a rookie starter? Their offense makes the Commanders look healthy. There is no way they can sustain any semblance of a winning streak. We will win this division by default. They beat the Giants because the Giants flat out suck.
