Dont blame the players for the coaching staff failing them.
the team has quit. just going through the motions
No that is ****** rich.
here is the order of blame in a game played by actual players
1) players
2) players
3) players
4) players
5-9) players
10) coaches
Every coach that ever coached and every plyer that ever played will tell you the same.
YES, the coaches are to blame for sure. But BY FAR the players are always first as that is who actually plays the game.
The players needs to take some of the blame as well. All of this poor execution falls directly on the player’s shoulders. It is no different than everybody blaming Linehan. Well, Linehan is gone , but the problem still remains. At some point the finger needs to be pointed at the one constant in this mess and that is the players.Stop it. We discussed you stating opinions as fact. Dont blame the players for the coaching staff failing them.
I havent read it here or anywhere else online, but I was listening to 107.7 the franchise (sport radio station out of Oklahoma City) last Sunday evening while driving. Im not sure of the sportscaster or "insider" that was reporting it, but they said there was a lot of internal conflict and "negative scuffles" (not the good kind-reporters words) during practices leading up to the Bears game. He said they were not good practices, players didnt look crisp, and it was no surprise to him how they looked in Chicago due to what was seen during the week. I heard the name "Fisher" during the segment, but not certain this came from him. Did I just miss these reports elsewhere? Anyone else heard anything? Not surprising, but hadnt seen or heard this anywhere else in the last week or so.
What is Garrett is fired and takes a TV gig where you see him every day?
