After hearing all the health benefits of marijuana and how much more effective it is than prescription drugs for a variety of issues, shouldn't they keep the ban so players in states where it is illegal aren't put at a competitive disadvantage? ;)

Native American culture, no such thing as a black. So called Indians always had a peace pipe.

Anyway, better late than never...now can RG and Irving get back on the squad.
Does it even effect Irving. He would be URFA and then do you take him at his word that he didn't like playing when taking into account he missed the end of his last 2 seasons here milking injury!

This will not change usage patterns. Players who aren't in the substance abuse program get tested once a year and they know when that is coming. This is simply a recognition that there is a major distinction between smoking weed and doing blow or smoking crack

Yeah, you right. Irving might have to unretire haha. I agree, I wouldn't want him on the team because he's not really into the game.

Wonder if Goodell is going to fine him for talking out of school? He never learns, he always says something right before the CBA discussions that gets a fine.

If the owners are already leaning in that direction, don't you think they'd want the NFLPA to earn that as a concession? In negotiations, give nothing up for free.
