There is only one word that describes Garrett right now if this is true....PUNK!!! What kind of man is he anyway??? Would ANY other HC go through to these lengths if they had even one ounce of pride or confidence in their ability to take their talents elsewhere? Does he not realize how ball-less this appears to all NFL fans across the country? Does he not realize how tough he is making things on himself if he were to remain here? His actions are soooooo cringe worthy.....again, what a P-U-N-K !!!

" I can't quit you!!! "

If this is true, what a sad way for Garrett to leave.

Have some dignity. Tom Landry was fired like five minutes after Jerry Jones bought the team. Jimmy Johnson left in the midst of an ego war. And look at their accomplishments.

Garrett, with two wild card playoff wins in almost ten years as a head coach, is now reportedly begging to keep his job.

Nobody dislikes Garrett more than me but I'd rather him over the two nobs being interviewed today

He's trying to hang on to the last 6 million dollar job he'll ever have. All the fault is Jerry's for not cutting the cord definitively. Time to end this degradation. But it is possible there might be some legal issues we're not aware of if he's released before his deal's expired.

She's right you know.

Take a step off the normal, logical coach-a-go-round and think like Little Jer-Jer. Here's a reminder from the Wade Phillips hiring....

"We needed to get it right," Jones said, pausing as tears welled up in his eyes. "In my mind, we got it right."

"This team is best served now, next week, next month and next season by an NFL head coach with experience, that knows the game, that candidly knows the personnel that are playing the game right now," Jones said.

Jerry interviewed ten candidates before he chose Wade, with no word on how many he tested the waters with behind the scenes.

Put all the Jims in play......Harbaugh, Schwartz, Caldwell (even Jim Bob Cooter)!
Next Mike Vrabel, Todd Haley, Jerry Rosburg......

Maybe he goes way off the rails, has some extra blue label and interviews Katie Sowers!

But in the end, he will say:

"This team is best served now, next week, next month and next season by an NFL head coach with experience, that knows the game, that candidly knows the personnel that are playing the game right now!"
