Attorney: From Insurance Defense Litigation, to Title work, to running the Ediscovery division for an Oil & Gas Company. At the moment I'm trying to leave law after 23 years and get my real estate license. We will see. I hit 50 in a month and ready for another challenge.

Hey you guys won’t believe this....but a project I’ve been watching being built for last 2yrs? Chan Zuckerberg Initiative HQs. Sign in front office just went up this week. Insane....I had no idea!! Only worlds newest leading tech think tank to decide our futures. Goes into my all time classic Spicoli stoner moments ....

I'm absolutely nuts. I've chosen to work in the general publics homes every day overseeing flooring projects and stay sober. That's a tall task...:laugh::laugh::lmao::lmao:
Which part is the tall task? The overseeing flooring or staying sober? I bet the sober part is a tall boy task. :D

Some people have unrealistic expectations when it comes to any construction or replacement in their home. I get it they just plain don't understand. Then there's the group that has learned to complain just get a discount. You can thank the "Big Box" stores for that. Anyway, its a daily learning experience. Some days are fun and some you just need a beer.

Been doing this for 30years....wow, i'm stupid! I don't struggle with drinking, I struggle with incompetent people. Life is pretty funny...I make about 60,000 a year and Dak is set for about 33 million a year. I bet he sleeps WAY better than I do.:laugh:

I delivered furniture for 11 years, and you're right, some people have unrealistic expectations. To anyone who doesn't already know this; Not all furniture is designed to fit in all houses.....Measure shhhhhh.....stuff!

And don't ask the delivery guys to take their boots off, because you were stupid enough to put white carpets in your house.

And don't take it upon yourself to "help" by grabbing some random part of the sofa, armoire, or whatever it is and lift, then blame them for the hole in your wall.

QA/Supply Chain Manager. I manage the quality/ISO 9001 systems, the QC Lab, and a the group that handles all the incoming supplies/raw materials and outgoing products/bi-products for a small specialty chemical plant for one of the major petrochemical companies. We make the stuff that makes tape sticky. I love my job except for the customer complaints. Some of the complaints are absolutely ridiculous especially the ones from Europe and Asia. Previously I was a lab supervisor and chemist for the same company at a refinery.

Corporate marketing professional for a powerhouse grocery store chain on the East Coast by day. Been with them since I was 16 years old, working my way into the corporate world.

On the side, I'm very involved in Charlotte's craft beer scene and pour beer for a local bottle shop, consult, and have even brewed commercially.
