There OL is terrible. He has no time to throw but then again he doesn't go through his progressions. His contract is so team friendly that it is basically a one year contract for I think 12 or 14 mil. He can be cut any time and there is no cap hit to the Niners. Kap should have never signed that deal. It was very poor deal for him in regards to other players.

I don't know what big changes they think they're going to do. They're talent poor.

Pretty clear that the FO chose Kaepernick over Harbaugh, and the guys on the Harbaugh side of the line decided to go home seeing the mess that laid ahead.
