Not sure we can count on Burger King's vote:

• Odds of getting in? Even -- Bob Hayes. There's a lot of momentum for Hayes, and I put his chances this high because he's one of two seniors. Lots of the old players think Hayes should have been in long ago, and I think he'll be sold hard by those in the room on his side. I am unconvinced that he "changed the game,'' as many of his advocates say, but I will be open to his candidacy.

No more popcorn for him

I wouldnt be the least bit surprised if he didnt get in. The HOF voting process is a joke. Too heavily filled with average players on great teams and left out are too many great players on not so good teams.

I am a complete idiot when it comes to sports, except I truly enjoy the womens floor excersises, anyway the one thing I know for sure is that Bob revolutionized the game. Please tell me why this is so difficult, and by some impossible, to understand??? When ever else has a sport been so completely changed by one man except for maybe Bolt this last year? Please tell me I am 51 and have never seen someone change a sport so much. Feel free to flame away,

I would be shocked if King votes yes. He has been one of his staunchest critics in the past.

Heard John Clayton on Mike & Mike this morning....when asked who he thought would be elected, he said he thinks thinks Rod Woodson and Bruce Smith are a lock. Unless I misremember, I believe he said he'd be propping Cortez Kennedy, because he felt he dramatically changed the game in the 90s.

Not so sure about that, but the disheartening thing was he not once mentioned Bob Hayes, but he also didn't mention any other senior nominee either.

I heard the same thing. It was a glaring omission on Mike Golic's part because he mentioned the two selections by the Seniors Committee, but didn't express any opinion on who those choices might be.

Cortez Kennedy changed the game? Where was I when this happened? And to be voted in before Bob? I didn't know crack was so available to the masses.

That annoyingly arrogant, small-minded, only slightly male version of a cow should be forced to eat the very dung he expels.

If Cortez Kennedy makes it before Bob Hayes.... I'd be super ticked off.

January 31 is a great day in Cowboys history...

1) It's my birthday, I mean come on.
2) That's the day in 1993 we won Super Bowl XXVII... the 52-17 Buffalo spanking.
3) Bob Hayes will be inducted into the Pro Football hall of Fame.

second time put up by the senior committee?

SURELY this is a lock. Of course, as has been said, it's a crime that he wasnt inducted many years ago.
