My friend constantly brings him up. Then he uses the excuse Dak has a better surrounding team. He started in after the 1st series yesterday.
I asked him if that team on the field looked better than any team Romo had.

Romo was the first name I came up with when trying to remember a player playing injured and playing well. Rodgers beat Dallas while playing on one leg, is it OK to bring him up?

But yes, Romo was an idiot for saying that. It confirmed what many of us thought - he was only there for the spotlight, not to win big games or compete for championships.

The point was some athletes try to overcome their injuries while others make excuses.

At this point Dak is no different than Romo. Neither one will make it to the HOF. Unless Dak is going to get an honorable mention for his ability to beat up on the bottom feeders of the league.

Yes they are the same.
Only difference is, and not propping up Dak at all.
But Romo threw more game ending picks in scoring positions to win games. As where Dak has less of them. However Romo had much better pocket presence than Dak to get them in those scoring positions.

I don’t understand how one could hate one and not the other…how could one prop Romo and hate Dak? I can see disliking both or liking both….
