Maybe it's just me, but this seems like an excuse for getting pushed around on both sides of the ball. Buffalo was missing some starters. It didn't seem to phase them.
If it is an excuse then the question becomes whether or not it is true. If 10 players were suffering from the flu could it significantly affect performance?

Or is it just to be discounted because it is an excuse?

I mean I don't know if its a viable excuse but they sure as hell played like they had the flu that's for sure.

After that game, I’m dealing with a stomach bug as well.

As much as the ENTIRE zone is freaking out over this loss and literally loosing their s**t, its pretty obvious this was NOT the same Cowboys team we've seen pulverizing opponents. So, this bug thing makes some bit of sense. You try competing with some the best athletes in the world while your body is fighting off an infection. Tough to do both at the same time.

No one made an excuse. They were sick last week too. And why even bring Romo? The guy ego after a playoff loss said if this is the worst thing to ever happen to me I’ll be ok lol?
Fans could learn from Romo's perspective.

Some days f theost vile utterances come from the hearts of those who claim to like a team.

Watched a couple of podcasts from The Star today and none of them knew anything about this alleged bug. They had seen it on Twitter, but had to reason to believe it.

The Cowboys are 3-4 on the road. Three of those losses were by 12 (to a 3 win team), 32, and 21 points. Were they sick each game? They pulverize opponents at home.
