So explain why Moore didnt last season. Did you see the numbers after the patriots game? Moore was doing an Garrett impression the second half of the season

Injuries and inexperience.

I ask you again, should Moore cease being innovative early in the season because YOUR expectations are irrational?

Do YOU remember the Pat's game is better question?

Dak hurt his leg in that game. He was less than 100% rest of season.

And the OL was UNSUCCESSFULLY shuffled multiple times right after as well.

Did you even watch the game vs Niners???

The OL could not run block to save their lives and D could not stop run.

On top of that, Cowboys penalties were HISTORICALLY bad.

And HC continued to make or approve the dumbest most boneheaded head scratching calls I've ever had the displeasure to witness.

The buck stops with HC when your team has that many penalties and play calling in all 3 phases was utter garbage.

Your Kellen Moore hate has blinded you to a much bigger problem, which has existed far longer than KM tenure on Cowboys.

Only Cowboys fans would badmouth innovator of top ranked passing offense. Moore is not perfect by any means but for a young OC still learning his craft he has been absolutely stellar 2 of his 3 seasons in his role.

Yup. Stellar.

Go look at the red zone numbers.

LOL............Turpin is the key!!!

But didnt you know that Zeke is faster than Turpin?

Another laughable post.

It is amusing how Turpin is now the offensive key being signed late in the offseason, while he had to go to the USFL to showcase his viability as an NFL player. It was exciting to see house calls twice in the 2nd preseason game and I think he could be a useful utility player. However, I don't know how anyone considers him more than intriguing role player at this point. He'll certainly have a role and hope to see some splash plays, but there are bigger keys at play.

To be fair Phil, our OC is forced to use a couple of very overrated players. Overrated by our leadership, but they must play. Too much investment. Hope they turn our young OC loose and Big Mike adds some experience to the room. I have gotten a bit sidesways with CEOs. Sometimes you ask for forgiveness instead of permission.

Speed kills if the midget can actually catch. I would start him in 3WR set. Maybe first play of the season. Sometimes things build that you never dreamed would work. I have tossed enough stuff at the wall at work, and when it clicks, it is fun!

LOL. Let me guess. You are trying to derail this and bring Dak and Zeke into it?

Not derailing anything. Don't be so sensitive. I want creativity and a better GM. Dak can make nearly every throw. Zeke is a very good power back. We can win the whole thing with them, but we need some other stuff.

Glad that we took a shot at Turpin, hopefully he turns into a good returner and brings something else to that slot receiver position. He's off to a good start that makes you think he can be a contributor.

Your Zeke hate is a sickness.

Do you think Zeke is faster than Turpin? That is the sickness of the Zeke apologists. I literally had one tell me that Zeke is not only FAST, but faster than Turpin.

I think the point is, this injury will effect the way the Cowboys play offense. I think we will see fewer deep throws and more short stuff like we saw at the end of last year. Defenses will load the box and dare Dak to drop back and throw long.

We will need more screens, slants and short passing plays, but more than anything we need to run the football. If Ball can't pass block, but he can move people in the run game then at least they can resort to that.
