Not necassarily, Boldin and Fitzgerald have had some incredable years and how good have the Cards been? Usually when A team is putting up the ball that much it is because they're trying to catch up. Edwards is their only weapon besides Winslow, so that's my thinking.

Im banking on Leinart having an improved season/becoming a star, as well as the Cards offensive line to do somewhat better than last year (yes they lost L. Davis, but they gained Levi from PSU, Al Johnson from the boys, and a year of experience for the others).

That was Cower....Wisenhunt -- he likes to run for sure but hines ward always has productive seasons.

IMO Leinart is 2X the QB that Rothlisberger is.......super bowl or no. (im getting confusing here)

Honestly, this is a no-brainer. Just take a look at Fitz' numbers the last 3 years and keep in ming he was hurt last year.

Edwards was coming off a torn ACL.

He is their #1 whereas Fitzy has to split balls with Boldin and the 20+ carries of Edge. Wisenhunt already stressed the importance of running the ball.

He put up 61 catches, 884 yards and 6 TDs.

Fityz had 69 catches, 946 yards and 6 TDs.

Key note - Fitzy played 3 less games (I understand thats a lot).


I believe this will be a lot closer than some may think.

It should bring some entertainment and adds to the whole Cleveland Browns mix that we have already.

Its all out of good fun and I'm looking forward to it.

EDIT: I didn't even mention the players CLE added who should help the overall stability of the offense such as the OL and Jamal Lewis pick up.

I think Leinart will have pretty good season, which means their receivers will have good season and coupled with I think Fitzgerald being better WR than Edwards, I see it as you losing this bet.
