2 Safeties in next years draft

Easy with Howard... He was a superbowl hero. Plus I have his Michigan jersey in the closet.
Never! I will not relent, Howard was the 4th pick in the 1992 draft by Washington and he flopped which delights me. He never was a stalwart wideout, he had one superb year as a kick returner, even Larry Brown won a Super Bowl MVP.

Really our only big time name to throw around... I went for it early. But all the other names are mostly bust running backs.

Penn St. does the same thing so don't worry, I went to Baylor who hardly evr produces pros but when they do they're Mike Singletary and Santana Dotson and Gary Baxter.

Hopefully all this talk messes people up and forgets about the real topic. Cause I think we should keep what we got and work w. it. But shhhh. Keep talking college football busts for awhile.

But the most expensive lineman of all time was a proud and true blue.

Thats what makes the bust RB's look amazing.

Hart isnt going to be a bust.

Maybe we draft Long and he becomes a guy like Hutch.

I have not given up on Wadkins yet, but, we will draft someone at that position

Let's see...we have Roy Williams (probowler) at SS and WAtkins (a rookie who made some rookie mistakes but clearly has all the tools necessary), along with Davis who can back up either position and is great on special teams.

NOpe, we may draft a CB, but I'm betting we don't draft any safeties, not even in rounds 6-7.

I think Landry is going to be a great player, but I wouldn't trade 3 picks to move up to get him (I would have loved if we traded up to get Huff, but that's a different story).

If he slid to us (which he won't) I would take him in a heartbeat.

BPA...if that happens to be Zbikowski or Landry...

both are terrific players, and Landry's measurables are outstanding, but its hard to deny the playmaking of Zbikowski.

Zbikowski makes a ton of plays running down receivers from behind that just beat him.

He's OUTSTANDING!

I have not given up on Watkins, he is a rookie and has made some rookie mistake which should be expected. If Dallas drafts a FS next season great but I would not look for one in the 1st 2 rounds of the draft.

Out of curiosity, are there any teams in the NFL that has 3 or more 1st Round Picks in the secondary that are still relatively young?

If we were to choose one with our 1st pick, we would have 3 and that is alot of money back there.

Personally, I stay away from safety and target players that can help the Pass Rush, then a lineman, if that talent isnt availabe, I go with BPA.
