I think the position we need is the position to just wait and see what we have so far! What's the rush to go out and get a vet before camp anyways, half of those guys don't want to sign until after camp or late in camp to avoid camp!

Gotta go with needing a big ugly up front on the D line. I know the run defense concerns are all along the line but you get an anchor and it makes everyone's job easier if he can draw double teams.

That's how sorry we are at run stopping at DT.

Really kind of incredible that this is where Mazi is in his career. He's just bad.

To be fair to Mazi, they made/let him drop way too much weight in his rookie year. To me that just wasted the year and set him back to rookie level for his next season.

He's a good pass rush DT. Not a true DT, but still, he counts for something. Doesn't he?

He better. He's better than the rest put together. He's the only DT we have who should be making the field.

They are absolutely counting on Mazi suddenly playing like a first rounder and a 7th round rookie contributing immediately.

If both don’t happen, there’s no chance for a deep playoff run. Unlikely and depressing that the season is over before it starts due to front office incompetence….again.

A great pass rush can make the DB's look better. Good DB's are not going to help our run D, and neither is a good pass rush.

He does count, but need a good one to rotate w/. Most super bowl level teams have 4 quality DTs.

This is easy for me…DL. I think the interior DL is garbage. Maybe Mazi shows up but I just don’t see him as 40/50 snap interior stud. Without him being good I think this line can be exposed. I will add OT and CB as well. Tackles have big question marks. Talent is there but I think the probability of the starters playing well is low. CB is injury related. If they were healthy there it would by be a strength.
