You mean the team that got to the SB, basically by default?

Weakest schedule in the history of the NFL (maybe not, but pretty close assumption). Won HFA because Dallas could not quite pull out a few games, but they still did got HFA.
The team that gives them fits in Dallas was once again knocked out by SF. Then they played a SF who did not have a QB.
SF didn't have a QB because the Eagles DL man-handled the 49ers OL..

They got smoked by every good quarterback they played, the defense will probably be the same and they should be better rushing the passer with 4.

It's just health and a more difficult schedule that are going to be their biggest problems, not what they lost on defense.
The only good QB they lost to was Mahomes..

Their defense wasn't good last year - Hargreave is really the only loss that matters.

What they'll likely miss is Seumalo and Dillard, assuming they don't have the ridiculous run of health on OL again.
:banghead::banghead::banghead: Their D was ranked number 2 last year.. They have Sheen and Jurgen to replace the OL lost.

SF was down to like QB #5, then an injured QB that could not pass had to return. Not even the Great Wall could have protected Brady.

Default?

Come on, they had the best roster in the NFC. It's bizarre that we can't just admit reality around here. The Eagles were the best team in the NFC last year.

Will they repeat this year? No idea. NFC is pretty lame. If the 49ers get healthy and good QB play, they are a threat. If we stay healthy, we are a threat. I am not sure I am buying the Lions hype but if the pundits are right, they are a threat. After that? Not much.

You all can’t take a joke. But they did have the weakest schedule and played a SF with not much to show at QB.

Nick Harris: When it comes to having a complete roster, it's hard to argue any team in the league having a more rounded group than the Eagles. That being said, the Cowboys do have weapons to match theirs. In the receiving game, the Cowboys have Trevon Diggs and Stephon Gilmore to match up with A.J. Brown and Devonta Smith. Up front, the Cowboys have arguably the best offensive line that Philadelphia's elite pass rushing group will face all season. All in all, the Eagles have elite weapons, but so does Dallas. Both games – or possibly all three – will be certified wars as both teams have the tools to match up with the other.

This iis Dallas vs. Philadelphia and recent history as well as Dak's memories...advantage Dallas. Beat 'em the tougher 3 straight!
BWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This one sentence disqualifies this guy immediately.

When it comes to the NFC, many have the Philadelphia Eagles above the Dallas Cowboys. … and by some margin.

But how big is the gap, really, between Dak Prescott and Mike McCarthy and the ‘Boys and the NFC champ?

It’s not much of a gap at all former NFL general manager Mike Tannenbaum.

“It’s razor-thin,” Tannenbaum said on ESPN’s GetUp. “Let’s go back a year ago, over 17 games, the Eagles outscored the Cowboys by 10 points, and the Cowboys gave up two less points, and head-to-head, it was one game each."

If Hurts plays like he did last year, the eagles will be hard to beat. I did not think he would make it as an NFL qb but I was wrong. I figured Nick Saban could not be wrong...ever. Big mistake. Hurts played excellent ball last year. If he continues to get better, the Eagles will be a force for years to come. We are about to find out. It's gonna be good.

we do not have the best OL in football. with Smith and Steele coming off injuries and neither maybe fully recovered. specially Smith who we expect to miss some games. He is not longer a top 5 LT at this point of his career. Biadasaz is definition of average. nothing special. I think for OL, its not just about the starting 5, but the depth. eagles do have the most complete roster. we match up well. they probably have the best OL in football and how does our DL match up against theirs.

Last time we made a 3-0 wash , we lost in the divisional round at GB ? Dez ‘Catch’ and DeMarco fumble, correct?

At this point Tyler may be the best O-lineman.

Of their starters in the Super Bowl they have lost both starting DT, both starting LB, both starting S, and the starting LG.

They replaced 3 of the 7 with draft picks but elsehwere they are just depending on depth to cover the losses. At best their depth is gone and they have a hole at S. There is also a very real chance that they take a significant step back in defensive performance.

Dallas matches up well with the Eagles in the regular season. Eagles are better in the playoffs the difference is Daks play declines. Last regular season game against Eagle it took a miracle 3rd and 30 play for Dak to beat Minshew.
