I'd love to be able to go this year...

Wow, I have only heard of 5 of those.

There are a bunch of good ones. I have seen several and don't have to go to ACL Fest to do it.

cool lineup. I would like to make it down there sometime.

I really like band of horses, great band I think.

A couple of those bands have been on our show..(The Texas Music Scene) and are very good.

Carolyn wonderland can play the crap out of the guitar, she is a great musician. We have used one of her performances on the show already.

Two tons of steel was on the show last weekend and I am finishing up roughing their second performance this morning. They are pretty cool.

asleep at the wheel has also been on the show and ray benson is the host!!

I got to cut three live performances for the temper trap last year and I liked those guys too! They have a cool sound and cool australian accents!!

Muse is a great band also!!

I was really hoping for Soundgarden, since they're doing Lolla.

Phish? Blech. There are enough good bands on each day to make the 3-day pass worthwhile, though.

:flagwave:

I better start practicing.

Wow, awesome lineup! There are at least 30 bands that I would want to see. I've never been to ACL and my sister just moved to Austin, maybe it's time for me to make a visit.

Seriously digging CDs by all these recently .. esp the new ones by the National and LCD Soundsystem

I would have added Roky Erickson + Okervill River to the list if I were organizing. A great comeback piece from Roky.

You should. We always have a small group that goes and gets a nice little spot under a tree with a great view of the main stage first in the morning so we have it all day.
