Ugh...I hope we don't go with Shanahan if Wade's gone. I'd rather go with Garrett, and I'm not the biggest Garrett supporter. The one thing I do believe Garrett has going for him is he's smart, organized and has poise, which are all required of a head coach -- even if he's not the best Xs and Os type.

I am afraid Garrett would bring in a bunch of idiots like Capers, etc.

why is ANYONE even thinking about this right now?

I swear, some people would rather see us go 3-13 so we can fire people and start all over again, instead of going 13-3 and seeing a great postseason run.

Capers is the DC in Green Bay so he can't make a lateral move.

He isn't the only D guy Garrett knows. Just the one he wanted to use at the time.

yep.. for all the stuff he gets knocked for as a head coach the fact remains he is one of the best Defensive minds in the game. Our D will be very good this season I truly think that.

Don't know, but he certainly didn't have any success in the last 5 years with whoever HE hired in Denver.
