I gave him a B because I view him as a back up that had to start and in that light he was solid

I would rather have someone younger, in better shape and able to be on the team for years to come. I don't think Holland is long to be in this league. Too many weight, health and conditioning issues for me. One decent year does not make a career. C for this year. D- for a career. JMO
