When you have entire draft classes that make little to no impact, mediocrity soon follows.

What people don't want to admit is that a lightbulb didn't suddenly click on for Jerry as soon as he promoted Jason from OC to HC. EVERY draft looks okay for the first few games or years. Remember when JJ Wilcox was a solid 3rd round pick who HADN'T lost his job to a rookie UDFA? As time goes by, the excuses eventually diminish and we can see things for what they are. The reason the roster sucks is because the drafting still isn't that good.

We just need to give Johnson 3 more off-seasons to get healthy, and then we will see some contributions from that class!

Beasley is gonna end up as the best player from that class by a mile.
