I'm not discounting the Thunder at all. I think they're fully capable of winning it this year, and when they taste their first championship, they may well run the league for a long time. I just feel ok about the Spurs position right now.

First off, they have home court, where they VERY rarely lose.

Second, OKC's bigs shot 22-25 and Durant went into NBA Jam mode, and the Spurs were in it the entire time. The game felt like it should have been a lot more of a blowout in OKCs favor, but SA was right there. If Ibaka goes 11-11 again, and Collison and Perkins turn into Stockton and Hornacek, then by all means, OKC, good luck in the Finals.

At least the refs aren't making themselves a part of the game.

I really don’t see why so many people complain about the officiating when players are constantly flopping, flailing and complaining almost every possession. If you don’t want the refs to determine the outcome of the game then stop all the theatrics.

Lebron and Pierce both fouled out when they were trying to post up because the other player flopped. You have jump shooters acting as if there are snipers in the building. Thanks Reggie Millier! My favorite is the head fake and then jump sideways into the defender flying by. The Kobe/Ginobili rip through the defenders arm and act like I'm shooting is a nice one too.

I was listening to the ESPNs analyst last night say how Wade should have jumped into Daniels after he got him in the air. And then what, listen to the heat fans complain about how he didn't get the call or listen to the celtics fans complain about how he did get the call. You can't put the onus of the game on the officials and then get made when they make those difficult calls.

I just don’t remember the game being played like this in the late 80’s and 90’s. The European influence and the lack of the lack of the scoring big man is what’s wrong with today’s NBA. Roy Hibbert is an All-Star center, give me a break!

Go Thunder!

got my lucky spurs tshirt on today! have a FANTASTIC day so far!

my dog got sick and thew up all over the place...5 minutes AFTER i took her outside! went outside JUST as the garbage truck came to pick up the trash i forgot to take out, accidentally took a longer route to dallas and avoided MASSIVE delays on 820, lucked into a parking spot at the very front of a super busy restaurant i usually have to drive around for 10 minutes finding a spot at! and if i find one, its like a mile walk! ordered some salsa from chuys for my sister to take home with her to new york, and the waitress gave it to us for free! she is also a spurs fan! hit every light from chuys to love field, got a large smoothie for free cuz the ladie made too much when i ordered a small, and found a gas station that had gas for $3.10 a gallon!

i just dont think the thunder have a chance against my lucky tshirt today! its magic is at full power! feeling good about tonight!

GO SPURS GO!!

So excited/nervous about tonight's game!

I think this is momentum vs. homecourt tonight. I have no idea what to expect. I think it will be a close game, but I have no idea who wins. Though, of course, I gotta go with my Thunder. What's everyone's predictions? MC KAos, what's your thoughts?

Thunder Up!

Your great day has no significance on the outcome of the game. :p:

The Lakers have picked up their option on Andrew Bynum. I hope they also decide to build a Time Out room for his next whiny temper tantrum.

Spurs are definitely in great shape... They should win the whole thing.

Only thing I'd be a little worried about if I were a Spurs fan is that Westbrook and Harden didn't really score much last game. It's true that the OKC bigs won't shoot anything like they did Saturday, but two of their three stars have a lot of room for improvement.

Really though, I wouldn't be surprised if the home team wins every game this series.

I just hope the West team beats whichever inferior team comes out of the East. Which they should if the refereeing isn't too crooked.

Edit, and yep, they just said Ginobili is starting...

I don't who wins, but I think whoever does wins the series. Obviously I don't expect Perkins and Ibaka to play that efficiently again, but I also don't expect Russell or James to play that bad again.

Boy, I can't tell you how much I hate Westbrook. Now, hopefully, he'll throw that back in my face and score 30.

Scott Brooks has the easiest job in the NBA. He says almost exactly the same thing every single huddle.

its been pretty simple, the spurs just arent making the shots they were making the 20 games previous to game 3. if they dont start falling in the next 6 quarters its going to be along summer for me!
