I'm hoping we do something with our O-line considering the rough schedule we have coming up. Defensively we need some upgrades as well. But O-line is first and foremost on my mind. It all looks pretty dang tough for a team coming off an 8-8 season.

We have the Steelers and Saints at home. Ravens, Falcons, Cam's Panthers away. Of course we all know we have the Iggles, World Champion G-men, and Foreskins at home and away.

We have the Bungles who have a ton of high round draft picks. They are already young and hungry at that. The Seahawks could be somewhat improved as well. We all saw how the Niners came out of nowhere.

What's y'alls take on next season's schedule? Or do you even care to look that far down the road?

Don't we finally play IN Seattle next year? I am going to that game. I have two friends that live up there.

if you are good enough you win, if you suck then you lose... who cares about what a schedule says

Can't say it's tough or brutal, as too many teams change from year to year anymore. All you can do is get better, and execute the plays.

Also it's not so much the teams, but how the schedule is laid out also. If you have 3 road in a row, say we play the NFC East in three straight road games in December....that would be brutal.

Lots of very good teams, we'll know for sure where we stand, which I prefer a whole lot more than this year.

We also shouldn't have any of those let down games like Arizona was and Miami almost was. This team has a knack for playing down to the level of competition, hopefully next season has the opposite effect.

It's tough, but it usually evens out somewhat.

The real issue is that the NYG and Eagles are just flat out better teams.

Well if the past few season are any indication, playoff seeding matters little in this day and age.

Just get in the playoffs.

Yea it looks like a tough one. Either way I'm excited, I know we will compete & I'll be attending at least 4 games next year...

@Baltimore
@Washington
@Carolina

December game in Dallas

Maybe @ Atlanta

Ya'll say this before every season..Then as the season progresses you see 2 or 3 of those teams that you marked down at the start of the year as tough games, take big steps back (ie: Tampa Bay this past season), then maybe 2 or or 3 more teams that you thought may be cake walks turn out to be dog fights (ie: San Francisco). Just wait until you see all these teams take the field

It's too early right now, let's see what happens in the offseason.

I got a good laugh out of Cam's Panthers, as if that is brutal or guarantee'd loss.

If they put a couple of pieces in place, that won't be a team to sneeze at.

My next question to everyone is: Do you think we will open up at home for once, or will we be on the road once again? Regardless the stadium, who will it be?

I say we open up against either Atlanta, or the Saints. I think they will save the Steelers (which I am itching to find out about) for a Monday or Sunday night game. Hopefully for me, since I am a second shift guy, they will save the Steeler game for a Sunday night game or a 4 pm EST game on Sunday.

I hope we open up against the Giants.

Nope. The Giants will get the Thursday night game to start the season since they won the Super Bowl. And I bet they get the Packers at home.

Any schedule is only as brutal as you make it. Face your opponents, win your games.....nothing brutal about that.

The Cowboys will either be baseline tough this upcoming season...or they will be situated for a top third draft and continue rebuilding with defense in mind.
