But you win all of them don't you NYC? Sure, if it makes you feel better to believe as such, then sure. It's Friday and I want nothing more then for you to go home and be in a good mood with your family. You won 10000000000000 interweb points.

:laugh1:

Not happy about the Rivera situation but not a "back-breaker" in my opinion. They've got a lot of depth there.

The starting rotation and the crappy production from the middle of the lineup? Well...

The rotation thing could be a back-breaker.

The Yankees are starting to get two things that they didn't earlier on in the season...

-Consistent starting pitching

-Production out of the 3-4-5 spots

I don't think the O's can hang with the Yankees.

The Redsox are a car-wreck.

The Jays are just there.

Rays & Yanks throughout the rest of the season.

A lot of the baseball world will be wondering about Pettitte's return.

If Hughes doesn't pitch well today... Off to the pen he goes.

Pulling players out of retirement is desperation...are Roger and the big unit next?

LOL!

It wasn't the Yankees begging him to come back, he made the overture.

Can he be effective?

We'll see.

The Yankees need another reliable starter.

Phil Hughes pitched well.

Have won 4 our the last 5.

The relief pitching has been a little leaky, but other than that, they're starting to hit on all cylinders... Look out American League leaders. :)

Tough decision for the Yankees on who to sit... Unless Andy P. blows up tomorrow.

The Yankees are on a tear.

Sweep the Mets and getting very close to being 1st in the AL East.

The big difference? The starting pitching. The whole staff is looking much more solid.

They still aren't hitting in the clutch which makes it hard to believe they have the second best record in the AL.

When they start hitting in the clutch– look out. Could very well be the best team in the AL.

I haven't had much time to watch the games, but have been following closely via scoreboard on my phone. Been an interesting season with all the early struggles and now to be in the thick of things. AL East is very entertaining right now. Love that Boston is still last. :laugh1:

Yankees... Undefeated in their last 9 games. What a great streak!

Now they have the best record in the AL.

Yeah, I think they have the best team in the AL.

And keep in mind the Yanks have been hit with a lot of injuries themselves and they still can't hit with guys on base.

Very impressive streak.

Great job. I must admit while I love the Yankees I haven't paid much attention due to the NBA playoffs still going on. Pretty much every year because of the playoffs I don't pay much attention until basketball is over. Since the Finals will be over in a little over a week I'll surely pay more attention. Keep it up Yankees!

Yankees... 10 game winning streak. The first since 2005.

Pitching & homers. No more complicated than that.

Screw the Yankees :D Just kidding guys

They are on a tear right now and I think they win the division even with the division they are in. It will make them battle tested for the playoffs.

But on other thoughts. Go Rangers! :)

Yankees have a tough task facing R.A. Dickey tonight. I hate knuckleball pitchers.
